
Well, we had 29 things on our To Do list just for today. A good thing to do when you have more to accomplish than you have team time for, is to start checking to see what can be done as homework. We were able to cut our To Do list in half by using this strategy. Of course, the team is counting on each person to get the homework done so make sure your team sees how important homework tasks are! We divided all the things we have left to do between the days we have left. That way we spread out the workload. Tomorrow's list only has 23 things on it!
